You can add notes or payment instructions to your invoice or estimate. These notes appear directly on the PDF document sent to your client.
How to add a note:
Create or open an invoice or estimate.
Scroll to the section Notes & Payment Instructions:
Tap the field and type your message, for example, payment terms, discounts, or delivery details.
Save time by reusing previous notes
- Right below the notes field, you’ll see the option “Copy from another invoice” (or estimate, depending on what you're editing).
- Tap it to quickly reuse a note you’ve already written in a previous document.
- This helps you maintain consistency and save time, no need to retype common messages.
Example uses:
“Please pay via bank transfer”
“10% discount for full upfront payment.”
“Pick-up available at our store from Monday to Friday.”
