How to Add a Separate Shipping Address

You can add a different shipping address and contact if the delivery location is not the same as your client’s main address.

This information will appear on the invoice or estimate PDF under the “Ship To” section.


How to add a shipping address

  1. Go to the Clients tab.

  2. Select the client you want to update, or create a new one.

  3. Tap Edit.

  4. Scroll down and check the “Include shipping details” box: 
  5. Fill in the delivery address in the new field that appears.
  6. (Optional) Add a “Contact Ship To” name if someone else is responsible for receiving.
  7. Tap Save.


Once added, this information will appear automatically when you select the client while creating a new invoice or estimate.
