How to Add and Edit a Client

You can add and edit clients either from your client list or directly while creating an invoice or estimate.


Adding a new client

Option 1: While creating an invoice or estimate

  1. Tap New Invoice or New Estimate

  2. Tap the Add Client field

  3. Tap Add New Client

  4. Fill in the name, contact details, and address

  5. If you want to save this client to your catalog, leave the toggle “Save to client catalog” turned on: 

  6. Tap Save

If you turn off the toggle, the client will only be used for that specific document and won’t be saved to your client list.


Option 2: From the Settings

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Tap Clients

  3. Tap +

  4. Fill in the details and tap Save

This option always adds the client to your catalog.


Editing a client

You can edit client information in two ways:

Option 1: From the client list

  1. Go to Settings > Clients

  2. Tap the client you want to update

  3. Tap Edit, make changes, and tap Save


Option 2: From an invoice or estimate

  1. Open an invoice or estimate that uses the client

  2. Tap the client section

  3. Fill in the details and tap Done

  4. A toggle will appear asking if you want to update the saved client record

    • If turned on, your edits will apply to the client’s profile

    • If turned off, the edits will affect only the current document
