How Your Data Is Backed Up

Your data is automatically saved on your device, and if you have iCloud Drive enabled, it’s backed up and synced securely across your Apple devices.


We strongly recommend keeping iCloud Drive turned on to protect your data and ensure a smooth experience.


Why use iCloud?

With iCloud Drive enabled:

  • You don’t need to worry about manual backups

  • Your data is securely stored in your Apple account

  • Everything stays in sync between your iPhone and iPad

  • If you delete the app or switch devices, your data comes right back


It’s the easiest and safest way to make sure your invoices, estimates, clients, and items are always with you.


How to check if iCloud is enabled

  1. Open your device Settings

  2. Tap your name at the top

  3. Tap iCloud

  4. Make sure iCloud Drive is turned on

  5. Scroll down and confirm that the app is also enabled under the list of apps using iCloud


Important

The app does not use external servers or accounts. All backup and sync are handled privately and securely by Apple through iCloud.
