How to Use “Hide Item Prices”

Need to show the service without revealing the individual item costs? Use the “Hide item prices” option.

Here’s how it works:

1. While editing an invoice or estimate, scroll to the bottom.

2. Toggle Hide item prices on: 

3. When this option is enabled, your client will see the list of items or services, but not the individual prices, only the total amount.

Tip: This is useful when you want to show what’s included without breaking down the cost of each item.
